We drink a smoothie at least three times a week. They are great afternoon snacks or an awesome breakfast addition. It’s also an easy way to sneak some veggies in if your kiddos don’t particularly love them. Spinach is a wonderful smoothie addition, if there’s banana and frozen blueberries it levels out the taste of spinach and makes the smoothie sweet.
